For the health and safety of our bonsai trees, we prefer not to ship live trees.
If your order includes a bonsai tree, please email us at info@bonsainest.dk after checkout so we can provide pickup instructions in Central Copenhagen.
If pickup is not possible we will arrange shipping for an extra cost. Thank you for helping us ensure your bonsai arrives in perfect condition.
