Always. Your bonsai arrives in the pot shown, with a drip tray where pictured, ready to be placed and admired.
No problem. A care guide is included with your order, and you can always message us with questions — also years after your purchase. It is free.
If your tree is not doing well within 30 days of delivery, or you are not happy with it, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
