A slow, patient grower with tiny dense leaves and a naturally gnarled trunk. This 14 year old Harland Boxwood shows the gnarled trunk and dense, tiny leaves of a much older tree.
Harland Boxwood carries a sense of permanence – its dense, tiny leaves and naturally gnarled trunk give even young specimens the air of an old tree. Slow-growing and steady, it rewards consistent care with refined, elegant form and holds its shape well once styled.
The drip tray is the one shown in the picture — if you can't see a drip tray in the photo, the tree doesn't come with one; if you'd like a drip tray or other pot options, contact us privately at info@bonsainest.dk.
Extra tip: Boxwood grows slowly, so it needs less feeding and less frequent repotting than faster species – a little patience is all it asks. Water consistently and keep it in bright light to avoid leggy growth.
Every tree ships with a free care guide. Water when the top of the soil feels dry, give it a bright spot without harsh midday sun, and feed once or twice a month in the growing season. Questions? Write to us any time — care advice is free for the life of your tree.

Always. Your bonsai arrives in the pot shown, with a drip tray where pictured, ready to be placed and admired.
No problem. A care guide is included with your order, and you can always message us with questions — also years after your purchase. It is free.
