For indoor bonsai, run the lamp 8–12 hours per day at 20–30 cm distance.
Every tree ships with a free care guide. Water when the top of the soil feels dry, give it a bright spot without harsh midday sun, and feed once or twice a month in the growing season. Questions? Write to us any time — care advice is free for the life of your tree.

Always. Your bonsai arrives in the pot shown, with a drip tray where pictured, ready to be placed and admired.
No problem. A care guide is included with your order, and you can always message us with questions — also years after your purchase. It is free.
If your tree is not doing well within 30 days of delivery, or you are not happy with it, contact us and we will replace it or refund you in full.
